Update from Cafe24

 

We are updating the Analysis by shipping zone menu to allow you to view customer statistics based on smaller areas, regardless of the country to which orders have been shipped.
Before this update, you could only view statistics by country for shipping addresses outside of South Korea.

■ Overview

 

1. Select your search type

- View by area: View statistics for each area of the selected country.

- View by country: View overall statistics for the selected country.

2. “Number of orders” has been updated to “Number of deliveries”

- To ensure higher data accuracy for a customer analysis by shipping zone, we now offer statistics on the number of delivered orders instead of the number of orders placed.

3. Notes

This update requires that we change data collection conditions. This means that you will only be able to view statistics for orders placed starting from April 19, 2021 in the updated menu.

To view statistics for older orders, please use the previous version of this menu by clicking on View [Analysis by shipping zone (old version)].  

※ Please note that this update will gradually be rolled out, meaning that it may take some time before you see the changes within your admin page. Thank you for your patience.
