1. Facebook Channel

※ Key Features

- Set up Facebook Shops and Instagram Shopping in just a few clicks.

- Sync Facebook Channel to your Facebook Catalog and update your product information in real time.

- Get Facebook Pixel automatically installed on your online store.

- Set up all the necessary services required to market your store on Facebook and Instagram.

※ From PC (Smart Mode)

- Visit Philippines Shopping Mall Center (▶ Philippine Shopping Mall Center) and login

- Click [Facebook Channel] on the menu left.

※ From PC (Advanced Mode)

- Visit Philippines Shopping Mall Center (▶ Philippine Shopping Mall Center) and login

- Click [Channels] on the top of the main page.

※ From Mobile

- Visit Philippines Shopping Mall Center (▶ Philippine Shopping Mall Center) and login

- Touch Menu button (三)

- Touch [Cafe24 Store] 

- Touch Facebook Channel [Settings] 

2. Edibot Social

※ Key Features

- Use product and promotion information registered in my store for a post.

- Direct and schedule post both provided to fill your posting schedule.

- Check new inflow message from Facebook in real time and catch every conversation with plenty information.

※ From PC (Smart Mode)

- Click [Cafe24 Store] menu on the left side of the page.

- Click [Go to Cafe24 Store] to visit Philippines App Store. (▶ PH App Store)

- Search for Edibot Social (▶ Download URL)

- Download and install application

※ From PC (Advanced Mode)

- Click [Cafe24 Store] menu on the top of the page.

- Click [Go to Cafe24 Store] to visit Philippines App Store. (▶ PH App Store)

- Search for Edibot Social (▶ Download URL)

- Click [Install] button

- Type Mall ID

- Log in to administration page

- Download and install application
