Update from Cafe24

We have updated our solutions to allow you to partially cancel, exchange or return orders that contain products with different tax rates (e.g., taxable goods, duty-free goods. etc.).

■ Overview

You can now partially cancel, exchange or return orders that contain products with different tax rates.

This feature was updated in an effort to help stores with different types of products (different taxation rates) to manage their orders with ease.

- Updated menus (Admin page): Cancel order (popup), Exchange order (popup), Return order (popup)

- Updated menus (Storefront): My Shopping>Cancellation/Exchange/Return request

▼ Partial cancellations/exchanges/returns are all available, despite having products with two different tax rates (12% and 0%)

■ Adding the feature to an Edibot theme

If your store's theme was created with Edibot Themes, open your theme with Edibot Themes' editing tool, click [Save] and simply check the box for [Update themes other than Edibot themes]. The feature will automatically be updated.
